About
Founded in 2024, Fluke Literary is an online journal of poetry that embraces the volatile nature of creative inspiration. Our name embodies the belief that sometimes, the most extraordinary writing can emerge from one fortuitous moment: a stroke of luck, a happy accident, a twist of fate that propels your pen onto the page.
As a journal, Fluke Literary is driven by the goals to inspire, build, and create. Specifically, we are committed to amplifying diverse voices from marginalized and minority backgrounds, fostering a welcoming platform that supports and connects creatives across the world, and pushing literary boundaries with poetry that explores the full spectrum of the human experience.
We’re looking for writing that is strange, subtle, daring, vulnerable, and all the flukes in between.
